In the current scenario, the relevance of these terms has achieved another level. The conversation around these terms is preceding above all. The scare of the pandemic has forced us all to think about our health, our fitness level and even our mental health. This can a blessing in disguise that now we all are conscious about both our physical and mental health. Ashdin Doctor through his podcast, helps his listeners to create simple and easy to carry on habits. These habits are focused around better heath (physical & mental), nutrition, sleep patterns, increased productivity and destressing.
What I like
I love this podcast because it is a bite -sized podcast. It is short, crisp and to the point. In every episode the host shares one habit which is easy to develop and follow through. The episodes are so short that you can literally binge-listen. Another plus, the calmness in the host’s voice, which is both reassuring and soothing and that is exactly what we need these days.
2) Run with Fitpage

Vikas in this podcast tries to brings out the science and research behind endurance sports industry. He talks to coaches, exercise scientists, nutritionists, doctors and athletes and asks them to share their knowledge and expertise.
What I like
Vikas’s guestlist is so rich and exactly what he promises in his shownotes. Beyond that, what I like is the way Vikas interacts with his guests and most importantly his inputs in every episode. The focus of his conversation is to break down fitness and training for the beginners and amateurs to learn, grasp and grow.
3) Health Mantra

Renowned Doctors, Fitness experts, Physiotherapists and Psychiatrists are invited and they share their expertise, explain and guide listeners about these health issues, precautions, measures and most importantly motivate the audience to lead a healthy life.
What I love
It’s a hinglish podcast where the experts directly share their knowledge, explain common problems like PCOD, Pre-menstrual Syndrome, Hemophilia and many more such diseases. I love the segment called ‘Health Shots’. Again, a very informative bite-sized podcast which answers questions like, should pregnant women take vaccine? Or why can’t all women donate plasma?
In all, a very relevant podcast for these times.
4) Nutrition Secrets

A celebrity nutritionist unraveling his nutrition secrets on how to get celebrity bodies, their stamina and achieve the agility levels. He has worked with all kind of celebrities and shares in his podcast, how Aamir Khan lost weight for his Dangal performance, what does Virat Kohli eat or what is Anushka Sharma eating post-delivering a baby?
What I love
Rj Disha has some super questions for Ryan Fernando and his responses are brilliant. The way he talks about his clients is endearing. He literally owns this space. Apart from talking about celebrities, he also provides solutions for his listeners about their body, nutrition need, food sciences and much more. Celeb cameos like Tiger Shroff adds the extra oomph to the show.
5) Feel Better, Live More
